Notable Prerequisites

  1. Tidewater Minion does not have summoning sickness.
  2. Illusionist's Bracers attached to Tidewater Minion.

Steps

  1. Activate Tidewater Minion's last ability by tapping it, targeting itself.
  2. Illusionist's Bracers triggers, copying the Tidewater Minion ability, targeting any other permanent.
  3. Resolve both Tidewater Minion abilities, untapping Tidewater Minion and the other target.
  4. Activate that permanent by tapping it for mana or other results if possible.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite mana permanents you control can produce.
  2. Infinite untap of permanents.
