Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Lost Jitte with a charge counter on it).

Steps

  1. Activate Relic of Legends' second ability by tapping Kilo, adding one blue mana.
  2. Kilo triggers, causing you to proliferate and put a charge counter on Lost Jitte.
  3. Activate Lost Jitte by remove a charge counter from it, untapping Minamo.
  4. Activate Minamo's second ability by paying one blue mana and tapping it, untapping Kilo.
  5. Repeat.

  1. Infinite proliferate.
