Steps

  1. Activate up to four lands by tapping them, adding at least two generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Cast Peregrine Drake by paying four generic manaone blue mana.
  3. When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers twice.
  4. Resolve the first trigger, untapping Minamo and up to four other lands.
  5. Holding priority, activate Minamo and up to four other lands by tapping them, adding at least two generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  6. Resolve the second Peregrine Drake trigger, untapping Minamo and up to four other lands.
  7. Activate Marina by tapping it, locking Bottomless Pool.
  8. Activate Minamo's second ability by paying one blue mana and tapping it, untapping Marina.
  9. Activate Bottomless Pool by paying one blue mana, unlocking it.
  10. Bottomless Pool triggers twice.
  11. Resolve the first trigger, returning Peregrine Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
  12. Resolve the second trigger, choosing not to return anything to your hand.
  13. Repeat.
