Initial Card State

  1.  Alaundo the Seer and Chakram Retriever on the battlefield.
  2.  All other permanents in exile.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. Cyclical Evolution in exile with three time counters on it.
  2. Inspiring Refrain in exile with two time counters on it.
  3. Reality Strobe in exile with one time counter on it.
  4. Alaundo the Seer does not have summoning sickness.
  5. It is your turn.

Steps

  1. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each other card you own in exile.
  2. Reality Strobe triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
  4. Resolve Reality Strobe, returning a permanent to its owner's hand, then exiling Reality Strobe with three time counters on it.
  5. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each other card you own in exile.
  6. Inspiring Refrain triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  7. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
  8. Resolve Inspiring Refrain, causing you to draw two cards and then exile Inspiring Refrain with three time counters on it.
  9. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each card you own in exile.
  10. Cyclical Evolution triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
  11. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
  12. Resolve Cyclical Evolution, giving target creature +3/+3 until end of turn and then exiling Cyclical Evolution with three time counters on it.
  13. Repeat.

  1. Cast a portion of the cards in your library and hand without paying their mana costs.
