Initial Card State

  1.  Uro and Izzet Boilerworks in hand.
  2.  Deadeye Navigator and Tiller Engine on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Uro by paying one generic manaone green manaone blue mana.
  2. When Uro enters the battlefield, its first and second abilities trigger, as well as Deadeye Navigator's soulbond ability.
  3. Resolve the Deadeye Navigator trigger, pairing it and Uro.
  4. Resolve the second Uro trigger, causing you to draw a card, gain 3 life, and put Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the battlefield.
  5. When Izzet Boilerworks enters, it and Tiller Engine trigger.
  6. Resolve the Tiller Engine trigger, untapping Izzet Boilerworks.
  7. Holding priority, activate Izzet Boilerworks by tapping it, adding one blue manaone red mana.
  8. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  9. Activate Uro by paying one generic manaone blue mana, blinking it.
  10. Repeat from step 2.
