Notable Prerequisites

  1. Cryptic Trilobite has at least two +1/+1 counters on it.
  2. You control at least one basic Forest and/or Island.

Mana Needed

Steps

  1. Activate a basic Forest or Island by tapping it, adding one green or blue mana.
  2. Activate Earthcraft by tapping Gilder Bairn, untapping the basic Forest or Island.
  3. Activate the Forest or Island by tapping it, adding one green or blue mana.
  4. Activate Gilder Bairn by paying two generic manaone green or blue mana and untapping it, doubling each counter on Cryptic Trilobite.
  5. Activate Cryptic Trilobite's first ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana that can only be spent to activate abilities.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
  7. Once you have infinite +1/+1 counters on Cryptic Trilobite, you may instead double the counters on any other permanent(s).

Results

  1. Infinite proliferate for permanents.
  2. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  3. Infinite colorless mana that can only be spent to activate abilities.
