Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield (Kaya's Ghostform attached to Greenwarden of Murasa).

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Greenwarden of Murasa, adding ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Greenwarden of Murasa dies, Kaya's Ghostform triggers, returning Greenwarden of Murasa from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. When Greenwarden of Murasa enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Kaya's Ghostform from your graveyard to your hand.
  4. Cast Kaya's Ghostform by paying ({B} magic symbol)  , attaching it to Greenwarden of Murasa.
  5. Repeat.
