Steps

  1. Activate a basic Island you control by tapping it, adding one blue mana.
  2. Activate Murasa Rootgrazer's second ability by tapping it, returning the Island from your battlefield to your hand.
  3. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Murasa Rootgrazer.
  4. Activate Murasa Rootgrazer's first ability by tapping it, putting the Island from your hand onto the battlefield.
  5. The Island enters the battlefield, triggering Nissa, adding one blue mana.
  6. Activate Pemmin's Aura's first ability by paying one blue mana, untapping Murasa Rootgrazer.
  7. Repeat.
