Steps

  1. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying one generic manaone blue mana.
  2. Holding priority, activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least two generic mana.
  3. Activate Rootha by paying two generic mana and returning it to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
  4. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  5. Cast Rootha by paying zero mana due to Aluren.
  6. Repeat from step 2.
  7. If nonland permanents you control can tap to produce at least three generic mana, this combo nets infinite mana.
