Steps

  1. Activate all mana-producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least three generic mana.
  2. Cast Turnabout by paying two generic manaone blue manaone blue mana.
  3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying two generic mana and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Turnabout.
  4. Cast Rootha by paying zero mana due to Aluren.
  5. Resolve the copy of Turnabout, untapping all lands you control.
  6. Activate all mana-producing lands you control by tapping them, adding at least three generic mana.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
