Steps

  3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
  4. Activate Sneak Attack by paying ({R} magic symbol)  , putting Rootha from your hand onto the battlefield.
  5. Resolve the copy of Dramatic Reversal, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  6. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least ({3} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  7. Repeat from step 3.
