Steps

  2. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and returning it from the battlefield to your hand, copying Brass's Bounty.
  3. Resolve both copies of Brass's Bounty, creating at least fourteen Treasure tokens.
  4. Activate the Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding ({9} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({UR} magic symbol)  ({UR} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  5. Cast Rootha by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  6. Cast Lore Drakkis for its mutate cost by paying ({UR} magic symbol)  ({UR} magic symbol)  , mutating it on top of Rootha.
  7. When Lore Drakkis enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Brass's Bounty from your graveyard to your hand.
  8. Repeat.
