Steps

  1. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least four generic manaone blue manaone red mana.
  2. Cast Dramatic Reversal by paying one generic manaone blue mana.
  3. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying two generic mana and returning it to your hand, copying Dramatic Reversal.
  4. Resolve the Dramatic Reversal copy, untapping all nonland permanents you control.
  5. Activate all mana-producing nonland permanents you control by tapping them, adding at least four generic manaone blue manaone red mana.
  6. Cast Rootha by paying one generic manaone blue manaone red mana.
  7. Repeat from step 3.
