    Pili-Pala     does not have summoning sickness.
  3. ({1} magic symbol)   if you don't control an Elemental available.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Pili-Pala
    Pili-Pala     by tapping it, creating a 1/1 Elemental creature token with haste.
  2. When the Elemental enters the battlefield,
    Mana Echoes
    Mana Echoes     triggers, adding ({C} magic symbol)   for each Elemental you control.
  3. Activate
    Pili-Pala
    Pili-Pala     by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and untapping it, adding one mana of any color.
  4. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite ETB.
  2. Infinite colored mana.
  3. Infinite colorless mana.
  4. Infinite creature tokens with haste.
