Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  2. Midnight Guard does not have summoning sickness.

Mana Needed

  1. one generic mana available.

Steps

  1. Activate Midnight Guard using The Jolly Balloon Man's ability by paying one generic mana and tapping it, creating a token copy of Hidden Herbalists that is a 1/1 Balloon with flying and haste in addition to its other types.
  2. When the Hidden Herbalists token enters the battlefield, it and Midnight Guard trigger.
  3. Resolve the Hidden Herbalists token's trigger, adding one green manaone green mana.
  4. Resolve the Midnight Guard trigger, untapping it.
  5. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Once you have infinite mana, you may target any other creature using step 1 instead.
