Steps

  2. Rings of Brighthearth triggers, allowing you to pay ({2} magic symbol)   to copy Tidewater Minion's ability, targeting Lotus Vale.
  3. Resolve both Tidewater Minion abilities, untapping Tidewater Minion and Lotus Vale.
  4. Activate Lotus Vale by tapping it, adding ({3} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat any number of times.
  6. Once you have infinite mana, you may target any permanent instead of Lotus Vale.
