Steps

  1. Activate a Forest you control by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .

  3. Play Mystic Sanctuary either from your hand or from your graveyard.
  4. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, putting Summer Bloom on top of your library from your graveyard.
  5. Activate Mystic Sanctuary by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  6. Activate Waterlogged Grove by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , tapping and sacrificing it, causing you to draw Summer Bloom from the top of your library.
  7. Activate Squandered Resources by sacrificing Mystic Sanctuary and a Forest, adding ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  .
  8. Play the Forest and Waterlogged Grove from your graveyard.
