  4. Sacrifice Avenger of Zendikar to Phyrexian Altar to add a mana of any color.
  5. Nim Deathmantle triggers.
  6. Pay for the Nim Deathmantle trigger, returning Avenger of Zendikar to the battlefield with Nim Deathmantle attached to it.
  7. Repeat steps 2-6.
