Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
  2. Crime Novelist and Krenko trigger.
  3. Resolve the Crime Novelist trigger, adding ({R} magic symbol)   and putting a +1/+1 counter on the Crime Novelist.
  4. Resolve the Krenko trigger, causing you to pay ({R} magic symbol)   to create a 1/1 Goblin creature token with haste.
  5. When the Goblin enters the battlefield, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Goblin token.
  6. Repeat.
