Initial Card State

  1.  Sword of the Meek in hand.
  2.  Ekthi and Grinding Station on the battlefield.

Steps

  1. Cast Sword of the Meek by paying ({2} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Sword of the Meek enters, its living weapon ability granted to it by Ekthi triggers, as well as Grinding Station.
  3. Resolve the Grinding Station trigger, untapping it.
  4. Holding priority, activate Grinding Station by tapping it and sacrificing Sword of the Meek.
  5. Resolve the Sword of the Meek trigger, creating a 0/0 Phyrexian Germ creature token. It'll enter as a 1/1 due to Ekthi's static effect.
  6. When the Phyrexian Germ enters, Sword of the Meek triggers, returning Sword of the Meek from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to the Phyrexian Germ.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
