  3. You have enough mana to pay for the cycling card's cycling cost.

Steps

  1. Activate the cycling card's cycling ability by paying its cycling cost and discarding it.
  2. Surly Badgersaur
    Surly Badgersaur    's second ability triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  3. Resolve the cycling ability, causing you to mill two cards and return the cycling card from your graveyard to your hand due to its dredge ability.
  4. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one mana of any color.
  5. Repeat.

Results
