Nuka-Cola Vending Machine trigger, creating a tapped Treasure token. The Treasure will enter as a 7/7 Dinosaur Food in addition to its types due to
Displaced Dinosaurs and
Ygra.
Resolve the
Shilgengar ability.
Repeat.
Activate
Shilgengar's first ability by sacrificing another creature, creating a Blood token.
The Blood token enters the battlefield as a 7/7 Dinosaur in addition to its other types due to
Displaced Dinosaurs.
Repeat.

The combo can instead by started by sacrificing an untapped noncreature Food to its own ability. This will replace step 1 for the first iteration and add ({2} magic symbol) to the mana needed. After the first iteration, follow the steps above as normal.
