Steps

  1. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing Nether Traitor.
  2. When Nether Traitor dies, Anafenza triggers, creating a 2/2 Spirit creature token.
  3. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
  4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the Spirit.
  5. When the Spirit dies, Nether Traitor triggers, causing you to pay one black mana to return Nether Traitor from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  6. Kheru Goldkeeper triggers, creating a Treasure token.
  7. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur ability.
  8. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding one black mana.
  9. Repeat.
