Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing River Kelpie, adding ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. River Kelpie dies, triggering its persist ability, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield with a -1/-1 counter on it.
  3. River Kelpie enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Denry Klin.
  4. Resolve the River Kelpie trigger, causing you to draw a card.
  5. Resolve the Denry Klin trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on River Kelpie.
  6. Repeat.
