Steps

  1. Cast Bloodline Necromancer by paying ({4} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it and Molten Echoes trigger.
  3. Resolve the Bloodline Necromancer trigger, returning a Vampire or Wizard creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. Holding priority, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer.
  5. Resolve the Molten Echoes trigger, creating a token copy of Bloodline Necromancer with haste.
  6. When the token Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning the nontoken Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  7. Repeat from step 2.
