Steps

  1. Cast Psychic Miasma by paying one generic manaone black mana, discarding Dakmor Salvage and returning Psychic Miasma to your hand.
  2. The Gitrog Monster and Bone Miser's second ability trigger.
  3. Resolve the Bone Miser trigger, adding one black manaone black mana.
  4. Resolve the Gitrog Monster trigger, allowing you to draw a card, but instead replace drawing a card with milling two cards, and returning Dakmor Salvage from your graveyard to your hand.
  5. Repeat.
