Steps

  1. Activate Chandra's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, adding ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  .
  2. Cast Flicker by paying ({1} magic symbol)  ({W} magic symbol)  , targeting Tamiyo.
  3. Chandra triggers, causing you to copy Flicker, with the copy targeting Chandra.
  4. Resolve both Flickers, blinking Chandra and Tamiyo.
  5. Activate Tamiyo's third loyalty ability by removing three loyalty counters from it, returning Flicker to your hand from your graveyard.
  6. Repeat.
