Steps

  1. Remove all dream counters from Rasputin to add that much ({C} magic symbol)  .
  2. Pay ({3} magic symbol)   to activate
    Emiel the Blessed
    Emiel    , exiling Rasputin and returning him to the battlefield with seven dream counters.
  3. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite colorless mana.
  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
  4. Infinite blinking.
