Steps

  1. Activate

    Sliver Queen     by paying ({2} magic symbol)  , creating a 1/1 Sliver creature token.
  2. When the Sliver enters the battlefield,
    Mana Echoes
    Mana Echoes     triggers, adding ({C} magic symbol)   for each Sliver you control.
  3. Repeat.
