  2. When the Saproling enters the battlefield,

    Ivy Lane Denizen     and
    Mana Echoes
    Mana Echoes     trigger.
  3. Resolve the

    Ivy Lane Denizen     trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on

  4. Resolve the
    Mana Echoes

  5. Repeat.
