Steps
- Activate Ghave's first ability by paying ({1} magic symbol) and removing a +1/+1 counter from it, creating a 1/1 Saproling creature token.
- When the Saproling enters the battlefield, Ivy Lane Denizen and Mana Echoes trigger.
- Resolve the Ivy Lane Denizen trigger, putting a +1/+1 counter on Ghave.
- Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding ({C} magic symbol) for each Saproling you control.
- Repeat.
- Once you have infinite mana and creature tokens, you may put infinite +1/+1 counters on creatures you control using Ghave's second ability.
