Steps

  1. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying one generic mana and tapping it, creating a token copy of a nonlegendary creature you control that is a 1/1 Balloon with flying and haste.
  2. When the creature token enters the battlefield, Mana Echoes triggers, adding one colorless mana for creature you control that shares a creature type with the creature token.
  3. Activate The Jolly Balloon Man by paying three generic mana and untapping it, giving it +2/+2 until end of turn.
  4. Repeat.

Notes

  1. Less mana is needed if you control creatures that share a creature type with the creature you are copying.

  1. Infinite creature LTB.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  4. Infinite death triggers.
  5. Infinite colorless mana.
