Steps

  1. Get Protean Hulk killed, triggering its ability.
  2. Get Body Snatcher, Carrion Feeder, and Gravecrawler.
  3. With Body Snatcher's ETB trigger on the stack, sacrifice it to Carrion Feeder, getting back Protean Hulk for its death trigger.
  4. Sacrifice Hulk to Carrion Feeder, triggering its ability.
  5. Get Pitiless Plunderer and Blood Artist.
  6. Sacrifice Gravecrawler to Carrion Feeder, giving it a +1/+1 counter, pinging an opponent with Blood Artist, and creating a treasure token.
  7. Cast Gravecrawler from your graveyard using the created treasure token.
  8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 to ping your opponent to death.
