Steps

  1. Cast Carnage by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({B} magic symbol)  ({R} magic symbol)  .
  2. When Carnage enters, it triggers, returning Loyal Retainers from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Activate Carrion Feeder by sacrificing Carnage.
  4. Activate Loyal Retainers by sacrificing it, returning Carnage from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  5. Repeat from step 2.

  2. Infinite ETB.
  3. Infinite LTB.
