  3. Choose to return The Balrog to the command zone from your graveyard.
  4. When The Balrog dies, it and Sifter of Skulls trigger.
  5. Resolve the Balrog trigger, destroying any artifact and/or creature an opponent controls.
  6. Resolve the Sifter of Skulls trigger, creating a 1/1 Eldrazi Scion creature token.
  7. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing the Eldrazi Scion, adding ({R} magic symbol)  .
  8. Repeat.
