Steps

  1. Activate Ba Sing Se's second ability by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)   and tapping it, earthbending Aeon Engine, as it's a land due to Toph.
  2. Activate Aeon Engine by tapping and exiling it.
  3. Ba Sing Se triggers, returning Aeon Engine from exile to the battlefield.
  4. Resolve the Aeon Engine ability, reversing the turn order.
  5. At the beginning of your end step, Toph and Wilderness Reclamation trigger.
  6. Resolve the Toph trigger, earthbending Aeon Engine.
  7. Resolve the Wilderness Reclamation trigger, untapping all lands you control.
  8. Pass the turn to an opponent.
  9. During the opponent's turn, activate Aeon Engine by tapping and exiling it.
  10. Toph triggers, returning Aeon Engine from exile to the battlefield.
  11. Resolve the Aeon Engine ability, reversing the turn order.
  12. Repeat during your next turn.

Notes
