Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Notable Prerequisites

  1. It is an opponent's turn.
  2. You control at least one additional creature.

Steps

  1. During an opponent's turn, activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing another creature, adding ({UB} magic symbol)  .
  2. Kels triggers, and The Watcher in the Water's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle.
  3. Resolve the Watcher in the Water trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
  4. Resolve the Kels trigger, causing you to pay ({UB} magic symbol)   to draw a card.
  5. The Watcher in the Water's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
  6. Repeat.
