Steps

  1. During an opponent's turn, activate

    Phyrexian Altar     by sacrificing another creature, adding ({UB} magic symbol)  .
  2. Kels, Fight Fixer
    Kels     triggers, and
    The Watcher in the Water
    The Watcher in the Water    's second ability triggers if the sacrificed creature was a Tentacle.
  3. Resolve the
    The Watcher in the Water
    Watcher in the Water     trigger, if applicable, untapping up to one Kraken and putting a stun counter on up to one permanent.
  4. Resolve the
    Kels, Fight Fixer
    Kels     trigger, causing you to pay ({UB} magic symbol)   to draw a card.
  5. The Watcher in the Water
    The Watcher in the Water    's first ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Tentacle creature token.
  6. Repeat.
