Steps

  4. Cast Priest of Urabrask by paying one red mana.

  6. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Priest of Urabrask, causing target player to mill two cards.
  7. Cast Garna by paying one generic manaone black manaone red mana.
  8. Garna enters the battlefield, triggering itself.
  9. In response, activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Garna, causing target player to mill three cards.
  10. Resolve Garna's ability, returning Garna, Priest of Gix, Priest of Urabrask, and any other creature cards that were put into your graveyard from anywhere this turn from your graveyard to your hand.
  11. Repeat.
