Initial Card State

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.

Easy Prerequisites

  1. You control another nonland creature.

Steps

  1. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing another nonland creature you control.
  2. When the creature dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, earthbending Dwarven Mine.
  3. Resolve the Phantom Train ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Train and causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
  4. Activate Phantom Train by sacrificing Dwarven Mine.
  5. When Dwarven Mine dies, Beifong's Bounty Hunters triggers, returning Dwarven Mine from your graveyard to the battlefield untapped due to Spelunking.
  6. When Dwarven Mine enters, it triggers, creating a 1/1 Dwarf creature token.
  7. Resolve the Phantom Train ability, putting a +1/+1 counter on Phantom Train and causing it to become a creature until end of turn.
  8. Repeat.

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on a creature.
  2. Infinite creature ETB.
  3. Infinite creature LTB.
  4. Infinite creature sacrifice triggers.
  5. Infinite death triggers.
