Steps

  2. Activate Tameshi by paying one white mana and returning Mystic Sanctuary to your hand, returning Mishra's Bauble from graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Cast Temporal Manipulation by paying three generic manaone blue manaone blue mana, taking an extra turn after this one.
  4. Play Mystic Sanctuary.
  5. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, putting Temporal Manipulation from your graveyard to the top of your library.
  6. Cast Mishra's Bauble by paying zero mana.
  7. Move to your next turn.
  8. At the beginning of your upkeep, Mishra's Bauble triggers, causing you to draw a card.
  9. Repeat.
