Steps

  1. Activate Urza's Bauble by tapping and sacrificing it, looking at a random card in target player's hand and drawing a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
  2. Activate Tameshi by paying one white mana and returning Mystic Sanctuary to your hand, returning Urza's Bauble from graveyard to the battlefield.
  3. Cast Capture of Jingzhou by paying three generic manaone blue manaone blue mana, taking an extra turn after this one.
  4. Play Mystic Sanctuary.
  5. Mystic Sanctuary enters the battlefield, putting Capture of Jingzhou from your graveyard to the top of your library.
  6. Cast Urza's Bauble by paying zero mana.
  7. Move to your next turn.
  8. At the beginning of your upkeep, Urza's Bauble triggers, causing you to draw a card.
  9. Repeat.
