Steps

  1. Cause a token to enter the battlefield under your control.
  2. Kambal's second ability triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  3. Trudge Garden triggers, causing you to pay two generic mana to create a 4/4 Fungus Beast creature token.
  4. Kambal's second ability and Mana Echoes trigger.
  5. Resolve the Mana Echoes trigger, adding one colorless mana for each Fungus and Beast on the battlefield.
  6. Resolve the Kambal trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
  7. Repeat from step 3.

Results

  1. Infinite colorless mana.
  2. Infinite creature tokens.
  3. Infinite creature ETB.
  4. Infinite lifegain.
  5. Infinite lifegain triggers.
