Prerequisites

  1.  All permanents on the battlefield.
  2. Dean of the Root.
  3. Spike Feeder
    Spike Feeder     has at least two +1/+1 counters.
  4. Devoted Druid
    Devoted Druid     does not have summoning sickness.

Steps

  1. Activate
    Devoted Druid
    Devoted Druid    's first ability by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  2. Activate
    Spike Feeder
    Spike Feeder    's second ability by removing a +1/+1 counter from it, causing you to gain two life.
  3. Lisette triggers, causing you to pay ({1} magic symbol)   to put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
  4. Activate
    Devoted Druid
    Devoted Druid    's second ability by putting a -1/-1 counter on it, untapping it.
  5. Repeat.

Results

  1. Infinite +1/+1 counters on all creatures you control except
    Spike Feeder
    Spike Feeder     and
    Devoted Druid
    Devoted Druid    .
  2. Infinite lifegain.
  3. Infinite lifegain triggers.
