Steps

  1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing the creature with Skullclamp attached, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  2. The creature dies, triggering Skullclamp, causing you to draw two cards.
  3. Nadir Kraken triggers twice, causing you to pay two generic mana to put two +1/+1 counters on Nadir Kraken and create two 1/1 Tentacle creature tokens.
  4. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing a Tentacle, adding one colorless manaone colorless mana.
  5. Activate Skullclamp by paying one generic mana, equipping it to a Tentacle token.
  6. Repeat.
