Initial Card State

Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Deranged Hermit, adding ({G} magic symbol)  .
  2. Deranged Hermit dies, triggering Mortuary, putting Deranged Hermit on top of your library from your graveyard.
  3. Activate Call of the Wild by paying ({2} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  , revealing Deranged Hermit from the top of your library and putting it onto the battlefield.
  4. Deranged Hermit enters the battlefield, creating four 1/1 Squirrel creature tokens.
  5. Activate Phyrexian Altar three times by sacrificing three Squirrel tokens, adding ({2} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  .
  6. Repeat.
