Steps

  1. Activate Perilous Forays by paying one generic mana and sacrificing a creature you control, searching your library for a land card with a basic land type and putting it on the battlefield tapped.
  2. When the land enters the battlefield, each Scute Swarm you control and Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger.
  3. Resolve the Scute Swarm trigger(s), creating that many creature token(s).
  4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
  5. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping a land you control.
  6. Activate the land by tapping it, adding one generic mana.
  7. Repeat.

Results

  1. Near-infinite creature tokens.
  2. Near-infinite creature ETB.
  3. Put all lands with a basic land type from your library onto the battlefield tapped.
