Initial Card State

  1.  Oboro in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield (Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Sakura-Tribe Scout without summoning sickness).

Steps

  1. Activate Sakura-Tribe Scout by tapping it, putting Oboro, Palace in the Clouds from your hand onto the battlefield.
  2. When Oboro, Palace in the Clouds enters, Stone-Seeder Hierophant triggers.
  3. In response, activate Oboro's first ability by tapping it, adding ({U} magic symbol)  .
  4. Activate Oboro's last ability by paying ({1} magic symbol)  , returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
  6. Activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Sakura-Tribe Scout as it is a land due to Ashaya.
  7. Repeat.
