Initial Card State

  1.  Simic Growth Chamber in hand.
  2.  All other permanents on the battlefield (Chulane and Stone-Seeder Hierophant without summoning sickness).

Notable Prerequisites

  1. You have a creature card in hand that can be cast using three in any combination of ({G} magic symbol)   and/or ({U} magic symbol)  , and have the mana to cast it.

Steps

  1. Cast the creature in your hand by paying its mana cost.
  2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Simic Growth Chamber from your hand onto the battlefield.
  3. When Simic Growth Chamber enters, it, Stone-Seeder Hierophant and Retreat to Coralhelm trigger.
  4. Resolve the Stone-Seeder Hierophant trigger, untapping it.
  5. Holding priority, activate Stone-Seeder Hierophant by tapping it, untapping Simic Growth Chamber.
  6. Activate Simic Growth Chamber by tapping it, adding ({G} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({G} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)  ({U} magic symbol)   due to Nyxbloom Ancient.
  7. Resolve the Simic Growth Chamber trigger, returning it from your hand to the battlefield.
  8. Resolve the Retreat to Coralhelm trigger, untapping Chulane.
  9. Resolve the creature spell cast in step 1.
  10. Activate Chulane by paying ({3} magic symbol)   and tapping it, returning the creature from the battlefield to your hand.
  11. Repeat.
