Steps

  2. Holding priority, activate Rootha by paying ({2} magic symbol)   and returning it to your hand, copying Baral's Expertise.
  3. Resolve the copy of Baral's Expertise, returning up to three artifacts and/or creatures to their owner's hand and casting Rootha without paying its mana cost.
  4. Rootha enters the battlefield, triggering Mana Echoes, adding at least ({C} magic symbol)  ({C} magic symbol)  .
  5. Repeat from step 2.
  6. If you control two other Orcs and/or Shamans, this combo nets infinite colorless mana.
