Steps

  1. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Martyr for the Cause, adding one mana of any color.
  2. When Martyr for the Cause dies, it triggers, putting an indestructible counter on Myojin.
  3. Activate Myojin by removing an indestructible counter from it, returning Martyr for the Cause from your graveyard to the battlefield.
  4. Repeat.
