Initial Card State

Notable Prerequisites

  2. You have a way to target Nomads en-Kor with any amount of damage.

Steps

  1. At the beginning of your combat phase, Helm of the Host triggers, creating a nonlegendary token copy of Ghyrson Starn.
  2. Give Nomads en-Kor indestructible, if needed, and then target Nomads en-Kor with any amount of damage.
  3. Holding priority, activate Nomads en-Kor by paying ({0} magic symbol)  , causing the next 1 damage that would be dealt to it to be dealt to Brash Taunter instead.
  4. Repeat step 3 until only 1 damage will be dealt to Nomads en-Kor.
  5. Resolve the spell or ability, dealing 1 damage to Nomads en-Kor and any remaining damage to Brash Taunter.
  6. Ghyrson Starn and the Ghyrson Starn token trigger for the damage dealt to Nomads en-Kor, along with Brash Taunter. Ghyrson Starn and the Ghyrson Starn token also trigger for the damage dealt to Brash Taunter if exactly 1 damage was dealt to it.
  7. Resolve the Brash Taunter trigger, dealing at least 1 damage to an opponent.
  8. Resolve both Ghyrson Starn token triggers, dealing 2 damage to Nomads en-Kor, and 2 damage to Brash Taunter, if applicable.
  9. If Brash Taunter was dealt damage, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to an opponent.
  10. Resolve the Ghyrson Starn trigger from damage dealt to Brash Taunter, if applicable, dealing 2 damage to Brash Taunter.
  11. If Brash Taunter was dealt damage, it triggers, dealing 2 damage to an opponent.
  12. Holding priority, activate Nomads en-Kor by paying ({0} magic symbol)  , causing the next 1 damage that would be dealt to it to be dealt to Brash Taunter instead.
